it is stated that Pegasus was born out of Medusa’s neck when she was beheaded by Perseus.
Also: Hercules wasn’t Hera’s kid, but the kid of one of Zeus’ baby mamas. And those snakes that were sent by Hades to kill Hercules in the movie? Totally Hera’s doing in the original.
I’m pretty sure all of the things Hades sent after Hercules in the movie were originally sent by Hera. But they can’t put stuff like that in a kid’s movie.
Also, in the original Greek myth, his name was Herakles (I may have spelled that wrong). Hercules is his Roman name.
Generally, it’s spelled Heracles, but greek spelling does tend to a have a lot of K’s. So that could be the original greek spelling.
